The desire to bake cookies has struck me once again! Rysa says they’re more like “shortbread cookies” than “sugar cookies,” despite how powdered sugar is the main ingredient, but they’re still yummy.
Instead of dealing with melting candies this time, I dyed half of the dough red and finagled the shapes with a large and a small circle cookie cutter.
(Yes, I’m still trying to make up for the failed Pokeball cake pops. I’ve a kitchen full of cookies to make up for the failed Pokeball cake pops.)
